Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all labels, gold-tone hardware protectors, and hygiene seals are securely attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid DHL Express shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
